About the Role

As a full-time Infant Lead Teacher, you will:

• Prepare an inviting learning environment
• Provide individualized guidance to students
• Facilitate smooth daily transitions
• Model positive behaviors and kindness
• Assist children in achieving independence milestones
• Support language development, social and emotional skills, and executive functioning

About You

We're looking for a natural communicator with a positive attitude, a passion for learning, and deep commitment to child development. Ideal candidates will:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a minimum high school diploma
• Have previous teaching experience
• Hold a Montessori Certificate (preferred)
• Pass a criminal background check
• Meet all state education and licensing standards
