Overview:

St. Lukes Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Manager of Care Experience for Ambulatory Services to join our Nursing and Patient Care team.

What You Can Expect:

  • Working with frontline staff, leaders, and physicians to drive improvement for patient experience in our St. Lukes Clinic and ambulatory service areas
  • Providing dynamic leadership through building relationships, mentoring, and coaching
  • Being part of a self-motivated team that prides themselves in delivering world-class experiences
  • Working with teams at all levels of the organization and across the continuum care
  • Directly working with clinics and ambulatory service areas across St. Lukes to support the systems goals and directives

Provide operational support to leverage subject matter expertise across multiple settings and operating units in support of SLHS mission, vision, and strategic objectives.

  • Facilitates the identification and deployment of best practices to support organizational strategic objectives.
  • Provides subject matter consultation to operating units in support of quality, stewardship, and service goals.
  • Administers services determined to be more efficiently and effectively performed centrally.
  • Facilitates Communities of Practice and system workgroups.
  • Engages with strategic partnerships to drive performance across the organization.
  • Represents SLHS in interactions with external regulatory bodies, national groups, etc.
  • Identifies opportunities for innovation.
  • Participates in the development of long-range plans which support the system's philosophy, strategic directive and general objectives.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors' degree.
  • Experience: 6 years' healthcare experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None
