Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Direct Marketing Team Lead who will work in tandem with the manager to help coach, motivate and develop the canvassing team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals. We're consistently growing and looking for new talent to add to our already amazing team!What You'll Be Doing Work with direct marketing team to generate leadsGo door-to-door with new and current team membersEnsure canvassers are following the marketing scripts and guidelinesDrive the team to designated neighborhoods for marketing shiftsHelp coordinate logistics with mapping and tracking; handling permit logistics and script and flyer maintenanceOrganizing field lead sheetsVerifying leads gathered during each shiftTrack and enter marketing data into corporate database accurately and in a timely mannerAchieve bonus goals and metricsAssist with staff recruitmentWhat We Offer Competitive salary, monthly bonus, full benefits.Requirements Previous leadership experienceStrong problem solving, time management and organizational skillsAbility to coach, motivate and train a teamPositive attitude and excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationResults and goal orientedAdditional Requirements High school diploma required – college degree preferred2+ years experience of face-to-face marketing experience requiredValid driver license and clean driving record requiredAvailability to work weekends requiredProficient with Microsoft Office productsComfortable walking, standing for six or more hoursComfortable working in all weather conditionsSalary Description $25/hourReady to apply?
