The Senior Director of Talent Management will lead enterprise-wide talent strategies that enable associate growth, positively impact our culture, support business success, and enhance the associate experience at Albertsons Companies. This role is responsible for Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Associate Listening/ Assessments throughout the full employee lifecycle, and Organizational Development & Effectiveness.
