SUMMARY:
The Chief of Finance & Operations at Mass Insight Education and Research will play a critical role in shaping the organization's financial and operational strategy, driving both financial health and operational efficiency to achieve long-term objectives in alignment with Mi's mission. The Chief of Finance & Operations will lead the development of a financial sustainability strategy while evaluating and enhancing Mi's business and revenue model. They will also lead operational strategy, setting policies, managing risks, and driving initiatives to foster growth, efficiency, and performance. In this dual role, the Chief of Finance & Operations will oversee all data security, IT operations, and financial functions—including budgeting, accounting, tax, and treasury—while ensuring compliance with regulations and aligning financial strategies with organizational goals. Working closely with senior leadership, the Chief of Finance & Operations will ensure seamless alignment between financial and operational strategies to support the organization's continued success and expansion.
