Job Description:

YSI is seeking a highly qualified Systems Data Warehouse Architect 4. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

You must be willing and able to work onsite 3 days/week, NO Exceptions.

You will be expected to create and modify Workday inbound and outbound interfaces. To manage these interfaces, the candidate will need experience with SQL Server (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory pipelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday Studio and XSLT. Candidates could be creating data pipelines that support data vaults or data marts and will be expected to code processes according to our standards. Working with our business partners to develop data mapping from one system to another is desirable but not strictly required.

1. Experience with Azure Data Factory Pipeline or SSIS development for both Azure and local SQL Server environments: 5+ years.
2. Experience with XSLT development: 1+ years.
3. Experience authoring Workday reports and outbound integrations: 2+ years.
4. Experience working with Workday Studio: 2+ years.

Expected to successfully complete training on HIPAA and PII.

Expected to pass CJIS background checks.

You should be comfortable mentoring other personnel regarding Workday technologies.
