Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers' HD in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)
Reports To: Senior Manager, Supply & Demand

Position Overview:

As an Outbound Supervisor, you will be responsible for engaging, leading and developing your team in a warehouse environment. You will own all outbound fulfillment for our omni-channel, premium fitness brand with a focus on motivating, mentoring, and managing your team to meet goals. As a people manager, you will ensure that your team has all the tools needed to succeed and maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance and performance at work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an inspiring work environment, being a role model of our companies tenants, and consistently meeting performance expectations daily
  • Monitor and mentor the team to put prioritize safety onsite, quality within our operations, and remain focused on our customer
  • Manager work flow and allocate labor according to our SLA promises by channel ( D2C, Retail/ Wholesale, & FBA)
  • Lead with a forward leaning mentality, ensuring standards are created, while continuing to inspire innovation and improvement across the operation
  • Mitigate daily risks, and ensure that daily goals are clear, communicated, and attained as a collaborative team
  • Cross functional work with our Sales Operations leaders, our FBA team, customer service, and other partners to ensure delight for our customers through every fulfillment experience
  • Use data as your thermometer with a strong understanding of warehousing KPI's and the leading focuses to ensure top performance in each of these
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through error identification, continuous improvement projects and coaching of the team
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed.*

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or 5+ years of supervisory experience required
  • Bachelors degree with a preferred focus in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong Inventory control understanding is required
  • Strong leadership skills including experience in coaching, developing, motivating, and history of disciplining as required
  • Experience in transportation routing is a plus
  • Lean certificates, Six Sigma training is a plus
  • Work in environments that include concrete floors and a variety of temperatures.
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-direction to effectively manage time
  • Learn and memorize warehouse physical layout and operating procedures.
  • Quickly and accurately perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
  • Communicate utilizing comprehensive verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exhibit manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination, and depth perception.
  • Perform repetitive work accurately and with mental alertness.
  • Stand, walk and move rapidly throughout a shift.
  • Bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently.
  • Reach, lift, stack, and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with co-workers, supervisors, and others.
  • Prioritize and perform a variety of simultaneous tasks (multi-tasking).
  • Perform primary duties safely with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prior warehouse experience preferred
  • A strong work ethic with a desire to receive feedback
  • Be a fast learner with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility with schedule (especially around holidays)
  • Must be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Fitness interest preferred
