We are looking for a reliable Hot Plant Operator. The Hot Plant Operator is critical team member as we work to build better communities.

Here are some of the things you will do:

* Ensures operations run safely and efficiently

* Maintain and service production machinery.

* Replace and adjust machine wear parts.

* Light metal fabricating

* Maintain safe work environment.

* Be an amazing team member

Additionally, we are looking for:

* Exceptional problem solving, and technical skills

* Must be safety conscious

* Must be proficient in the use of pneumatic and hand tools.

* Strong work ethic

* Someone who likes working outdoors

* Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift and other physical activity
