Working Schedule: Monday – Friday (Any 8 hours between 7 AM - 8 PM CST) with some Saturdays (8 AM to 6 PM CST) Parking Charges: $9 - $18/day Pay Rate: $19.38/hour Tentative Start Date: 12/09/2024 Roles and Responsibilities: Support Customer Service; proactively seek ways to improve processes. Front inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers looking for new mortgage financing. Perform moderately complex customer support tasks. Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of information. Required Skills: Looking for talented individuals who have excellent communication and professional phone skills. Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
