The Batcher Operator is responsible for pre-batching paint blends and staging products for blended orders, supporting facility Blenders in various tasks. This role involves operating heavy machinery, matching colors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future. Preferred qualifications include prior work experience in manufacturing and proficiency in using material handling equipment.
