SUMMARY
Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Lighting Installer will be responsible for installation of low voltage outdoor lighting systems generally in residential settings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, including but not limited to:
1. Communicates with Homeowner/Client to introduce team members upon arrival at work site, to briefly explain/confirm the scope of work to be performed and estimated length of time to complete tasks. Speak to client to upsell other products.
2. Anticipate task problems and inform Homeowner/Client of any issues and corrective action to complete task.
3. Sustains a work environment that builds positive professional relationships, accepts accountability, demonstrate excellent customer service. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to complete scope of work. Provide customer with system orientation as applicable.
4. Speak with client to inform and educate about additional products and services available.
5. Assembles lights and mounts them in prescribed locations, mount transformers and connect wire runs.
6. Run and bury low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns.
7. Safely operate a variety of tools including hammer drills, power drills, saws, grinders and other tools as required.
8. Safely climb and utilize ladders to perform necessary installation tasks.
9. Clean up of all areas affected by the installation and perform maintenance on all Company tools and equipment used daily on work sites.
10. Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to service clients.
11. Operate company vehicle in a safe manner, maintain a clean and orderly vehicle. Notify management of any vehicle accidents, malfunctions or damages.
12. Prepares and correctly completes any work order documents or reports.
13. Accomplishes organization goals by following required best practices. Promptly inform Installation Supervisor or Franchise Owner of any team member injury, issues/disputes with homeowner/Client, damage to structure, or company tools/equipment.
14. Update job knowledge by participating in training, successfully pass internal COLT (Certified Outdoor Lighting Technician training, follow all company polices, safety rules and procedures including all highway traffic laws.
15. Receive oral and written instructions Installation Supervisor or Franchise Owner.
16. Perform other duties that may be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•High School degree or equivalent and/or
•Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service related industry and
•Computer skills, with knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs.
•Ability to successfully pass a background check, including a clean driving record, and other pre-employment screening.
