Position: Receptionist
Location: Nampa, ID.
Type: Part-Time (Tues. & Thurs. 7:00 am-6:00/45 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Manage phone calls, emails, and client scheduling
Maintain a clean, organized front office
Support counselors with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure a culturally sensitive, supportive atmosphere
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills, Bi-lingual preferred
2-3 years of experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
Comfortable with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and EHR systems
Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for helping others
