Warehouse Logistics Supervisor

This role is dedicated to managing customer relationships and expectations across multiple clients and vendors. Provide special tracking for customs duties to support drawback calculation and ad-hoc reporting on orders against commitments for MVMs and/or other special sales events.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with tasks and deliverables of the Logistics Manager.
• Maintain the purchase order databases for the importer and brokerage businesses
• Review POs for accuracy
• Communicate with Sales force and/or Customers on orders received, corrections and order status
• Troubleshoots issues that arise
• Assists with general administration of import and brokerage partners.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a logistics related field
• Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
• Must have a working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office and Teams
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, at our on-site warehouse.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds, and when needed, stand on your feet for long periods of time.
• Must have a working knowledge of handling power tools (i.e., hammer, drill, screw driver, etc.).
