We're Sutherland, and we are seeking friendly, action-oriented individuals to handle inbound customer calls as well as manage outbound follow-up calls as part of our Insurance (property & casualty) team. In this position, you will support customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services; provide basic policy information; transfer calls to the correct team when escalation is required, and handle other related duties as needed. This is a work from home, part time position that will require up to 30 hours per week. You will be scheduled Monday- Friday, with shifts starting at 10AM or noon. (wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems) + A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work.
