Essential Functions Registers customers for tee-times, tournaments, lessons, cashier and other events as they arise. Answers questions related to events and services provided. (50%) Assists with duties in the golf shop to include stocking shelves, assisting customers, selling products, and providing answers to golf product questions. Ensures shop is clean, free of debris, and safe for customers. (30%) Assists with set-up of golf range, cart staging, and daily duties of the clubhouse. (10%) Assists in the cafe by taking orders, serving food and drinks (age 19 and older only), and ensuring facility is clean. (10%) Performs other duties as assigned. Total Percentage = 100% Requirements Required Knowledge, Experience, And Training Experience overseeing or playing in golf tournaments, or working in a customer service or retail role. Working knowledge of golf rules and regulations; golfing products and accessories; general customer service practices.
