What do life insurance agents do?

Agents work with individuals seeking life insurance, mortgage protection, and retirement options and set them up with the best policy for them. This NEVER requires COLD CALLING as we only work with the highest-quality warm leads. As an agent, you will call, qualify, and set up the appointments to meet with clients over the phone or through zoom and help them apply for the insurance policy.

We are specifically looking for people who:

• Can manage their own schedule without a supervisor pressing - someone who can be their own boss and display high levels of responsibility

Training

We believe that training and ongoing learning is crucial to an agents career and success. We offer constant one on one mentorship, weekly training webinars from the top producers in the industry, group team training, role play interaction and proprietary industry technology with 24/7 online training platform access.

Compensation

• An average full time agent makes between $10,000 and $15,000 A MONTH. A good agent makes $25,000 to $30,000. Top producers make $40,000 and above.
• An average part time agent makes between 5,000 and 7,000 dollars A MONTH.
• Take it on as a side hustle and you could see yourself bringing in an extra 1,000 to 2,000 dollars A MONTH.
• Or build your own agency and have a legacy provided which pays your family for GENERATIONS TO COME.

What you earn is whatever you are willing to work for. The sky is the limit.
