Title: Customer Support Engineer
Location: Boise, ID
Shift: M-F 8a-5p
Compensation: $85-$90k Based on experience, OT available

Position Description:
Perform PM (preventative maintenance) on assigned products independently and carry out CM by following POA provided. Provide technical support assistance in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving equipment problems under direction and supervision.
Normal travel is minimal- most of the work will be done onsite at the Micron facility in Boise. Any travel will be offered to volunteers first.
Requirements:
Experience in semiconductor or related field / military service or equivalent college degree.
Military electronics training and/or 2-4 years related experience
Electronics, electro-mechanical and computer skills.
You must have the ability to troubleshoot problems in software and electronic systems. You must have a strong knowledge of optics and lasers, computer theory and applicable operating system knowledge.
Will be required to have or obtain a passport- this is for training only in either Taiwan or Singapore.
