Office Manager at Kelly Services in Garden City, Idaho, United States Job Description Office Manager - Direct Hire, Full Time Pay Range: $52k-58k/ year Days worked: M-F Hours: 9am-5pm Duties and Responsibilities - Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards - Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff - Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required - Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork - Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures - Assist and/or lead a variety of tasks supporting the administration and financial progress of the business such as: posting payments, managing vendor bills and payments, filing Skills and Qualifications: - Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks - Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks - Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change - Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees - Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees - Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly Desired: - Experience in property management office or similar - High level sales or organizational skills - Accounting / Bookkeeping experience #CB #p1 As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
