The AERO Website Administrator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing company website(s) in a visually attractive, efficient format with good performance. They are responsible for ensuring consistency while adding new products to serve the AERO Sales, Spare Parts, and Factory management needs while following overall marketing guidelines. They are responsible for ensuring the website is functioning correctly, it is optimized, and all customer needs, online orders, and portals function acceptably. This individual ensures the website and product pages are easily found, attracting and engaging visitors in our target audiences.

And someone who can:

• Maintain websites, payment gateway, and backend as required/suggested; Generate and revise web pages; Experience with WordPress websites and content management tools
• Liaise with the web host to ensure the web servers, hardware, and software operate accurately, securely, and efficiently.
• Assist in the Design and implementation of any future website product pages while providing frequent updates to keep content fresh; Decide how content will be delivered to the Internet
• Work with the Marketing to examine and analyze site traffic and manage Google Natural Listing and any SEO results.
• Familiarity with the company's website e-commerce platform WooCommerce.
• Good working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Create and modify the appearance, setting, and layout of the site; Work with Marketing and designers to assist with the site's design as appropriate
• Test different browsers and ensure people with other computers can access a website, future mobile site potential
• Work with the Marketing team to build internal systems and protocols that ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, retail portals, etc.).
• Help set and work on performance indicators for SEO that everyone understands and which complement overall marketing and business objectives
• Promote both offsite and onsite activities; Ensure interactions that build ranking, profile, and traffic

Requirements

What qualifies someone for this position?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in user experience
• Knowledge of best practices in SEO
• Microsoft SQL & PHP experience
• Strong reporting and communication skills
