The most employee-focused home improvement company in Idaho has an opening for a Full-time OR Part-time Telephone Appointment Scheduling Specialist.

This position serves our Customers focusing on inbound calls, service follow-ups, and scheduling preventative maintenance appointments.

Training provided.

Hours are 1pm-10pm Monday- Friday with Weekends included. Must have a positive personality while working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Computer skills a plus.

What you will do:

• Call customers from prior day for quality check
• Call maintenance customers and schedule visits

• Call on customer list to offer promotions
• Follow up on reviews positive and negative
• General inbound customer service

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong attention to details
• Conscientious, team player
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
