Line Cook:
As a line cook at Tucanos, you will be responsible for preparing and providing exceptional food for our guests. You will ensure uncompromising food quality at all times. You will be responsible for following our scratch recipes, made with fresh ingredients and following food safety and cleanliness standards. You will also maintain accountability for setting up, stocking and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of your station and equipment. You will demonstrate a true commitment to our guests and to your team members and exhibit a high level of self motivation and organization.
