**Essential Job Functions**
Account Delivery Leader
* Directs the resource management, process management, and service excellence of the account service delivery activities according to service requirements.
* Owns and oversees delivery components including application development, system administration, operations, and performance monitoring.
* Collaborates with Account Executive and Deputy Account Executive in overall account governance.
* Provides reporting and monitoring support oversight.
* Ensures performance and quality goals are met to the requirements and specification defined to support the customer.
* Establishes and maintains plans that define work activities.
* Provides monitoring and reporting of the works progress so that appropriate corrective actions can be taken when the works performance deviates from the plan.
* Establishes and maintain the integrity of work products.
* Delivers services in accordance with service agreements.
* Establish and manages the work and the involvement of the relevant stakeholders according to the organizations set of standard processes.
* Establishes and maintains standard services in concert with strategic needs and plans.
* Analyzes, designs, develops, integrates, verifies, and validates service systems, including service system components, to satisfy existing or anticipated service agreements.
* Deploys new or significantly changed service delivery components while managing their effects on ongoing service delivery.
* Responsible for service delivery performance measurement, management to achieve service excellence, and contract compliance.
**Basic Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Nine or more years of service delivery experience
* Experience working quality management approaches and techniques
* Experience working with delivery assurance policies, procedures, and principles to ensure compliance
* Experience working with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness
* Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the development, integration and deployment of project phases
