Patient & Equipment Transporter Full-Time Nights (Boise, ID) at Trinity Health in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night Shift Description: Position Purpose: Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is hiring a Patient and Equipment Transporter to assist with internal transportation of patients and the distribution of assigned equipment. Position Highlights and Benefits: + Schedule Information: This position will be scheduled for 40 hours a week on night shift. Minimum Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required. + American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required. + Prior experience in customer service and/or patient care preferred but not required. What You Will Do: + Respond to all questions and requests in a timely manner, providing the highest degree of customer service to patients and staff alike. + Coordinates with team to dispatch transporters appropriately. + Execute established procedures for decontamination, inspection, delivery of equipment and customer service relations. + Demonstrate use of transfer techniques and equipment as needed.
