Job Details

The Water Operator works under general supervision and receives regular guidance from the Water Operator - Lead. This position performs skilled maintenance and service work on the City water distribution system and facilities; performs related work as required. The principal function of an employee in this class is to perform skilled installation, maintenance, and repair duties for the City water collection, storage, and distribution systems. Work requires customer service and regular interaction with the public.
