Workers must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Workers must be able to see all colors accurately in order to perform color-specific select picking. Workers must have the ability to recognize product quality and make necessary adjustments if they are not producing a quality product. The job requires regular standing and walking. Workers should be able to work on their feet in bent positions for long periods of time. Workers are frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance. The Worker is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Workers must possess the requisite physical strength and endurance to repeat the above.
