**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Actively listen to customers to understand concerns

* Address technical issue with step by step troubleshooting

* Provide information about their current plans & products

* Identify & position new solutions and services that align with their needs

* Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone (gaming or 3.5mm plug-in headsets are not compatible)

* 18+ years & high school diploma/GED

* Professional positive attitude & courteous telephone etiquette

* Training & Work Schedule is onsite in Anderson, IN

* After Completion of Full-Time Training, Part-Time hours can be accommodated
