What we offer here at DaBella is a different type of career experience. We offer hourly base pay plus uncapped bonus opportunities within our Call Center. Starting pay is 18.00-$20.00 per hour plus Uncapped Bonuses

This is a full-time position 35 hours a week plus opportunities to work overtime if available.
Responsibilities:
Take Inbound and make outbound calls to new and existing customers from our database
Engage with each customer and update call log and dispositions accurately
Reach out to previous customers for new sales opportunities
Meet or exceed daily call volume and production goals
Build rapport and urgency to persuade new customers to schedule a free consultation

What DaBella offers:
(AM Shift) 6:30 am - 2:00 pm starts at $18.00 + Uncapped Bonus!
(PM Shift) 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm starts at $20.00 + Uncapped Bonus!
Uncapped Bonus! Average monthly bonus is $2,500 with Top Performers earning $4,500 a month in bonuses alone!
